Anadolu Hisari Castle is a fortress located in Istanbul, Turkey.

It was built between 1393 and 1394 by the Ottoman sultan Bayezid I "The Thunderbolt" as part of his preparations for the Second Ottoman Siege of Constantinople, which took place in 1395. Rumeli Castle is just across the Bosphorus.

The Dubno Castle was founded in 1492 by Prince Konstantin Ostrogski in Ukraine.

The castle of the Ostrogski family was rebuilt in stone in the early 16th century. It had a church, a two-storey palace, and an impressive array of 73 cannons.

Ely Castle was in the cathedral city of Ely in Cambridgeshire. Its site is a mound near the cathedral which is now called Cherry Hill.

Ely Castle, or Cherry Hill Castle, a motte and bailey built by William I in 1070 to subdue Ely. Only the mound remains.

Ardglass Castle is situated in Ardglass, County Down, Northern Ireland.

15th century Ardglass Castle was probably built to protect the quay and warehouses of the harbor. Large sections of the original building can still be seen within the modern club house of Ardglass Golf Club.

Rozafa castle is a castle near the city of Shkoder, in northwestern Albania.

Due to its strategic location, the hill has been settled since antiquity. It was an Illyrian stronghold until it was captured by the Romans in 167 BC. The fortifications, as they have been preserved to date, are mostly of Venetian origin.

Zhami Dar is an Early Iron Age Cyclopean fortress in Armenia.

The castle is part of a system of castles in Azerbaijan known as the towers of Absheron. There are two of them - one being with a round tower, the other a - with a quadrangular tower. The round tower was built in the 13th century and is 15.5 meters,has 3 floors.The quadrangular tower dates from 14th century and is about 25 meters tall, has 5 floors.

Château de Trazegnies is near the town of Berzee, Belgium.

This Eleventh Century Castle has a contemporary neighbor to the east. This castle was the birthplace of one of the most illustrious families in Europe: many lords Trazegnies participated in the Crusades, one of them was Constable of France for Saint Louis. Occasionally the castle is used by Renaissance Groups today.
