Chateau de Roumont is located in Luxembourg, Belgium

Built in 1912, the current castle totally obliderated any trace of the original small stone house. It is locates in the Ardennes Forest which suggests the original building may have been only a quasi-fortified hunting lodge.

Château de Lavaux-Sainte-Anne is located in Belgium.

Chateau de Chinon is a castle located on the bank of the Vienne river in Chinon, France.

The mount of Chinon was first fortified as a stronghold by Theobald I, Count of Blois in the year 954. In the 12th century Chinon, located in (then) County of Anjou, which was then independent of the kingdom of France, was a primary residence of Henry II (Angevin King and King of England)

Limavady Castle, also known as O'Cahans Castle, is a ruined castle in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland.

The castle was once a stronghold of the O'Cahans before the 13th century. In 1542, the MacQuillans, accompanied by James Butler, 9th Earl of Ormond, the Lord High Treasurer of Ireland and a large body of English, besieged and took the castle, slaughtering the whole garrison.

Château Pèlerin, also known as Atlit Castle and Castle Pilgrim, is located on the northern coast of Israel.

The Knights Templar began building it in 1218 during the Fifth Crusade. It replaced the older Castle of Le Destroit which was further inland and had been partially dismantled.

Thirlestane Castle is a castle set in extensive parklands near Lauder in the Borders of Scotland.

Before the 13th century a castle was built on Castle Hill near the Leader Water, defending the southern approach to Edinburgh through Lauderdale. In the early 16th century, it passed to Robert Lauder of that Ilk. The castle was substantially extended in the 1670s by the first and only Duke of Lauderdale by adding wings to the original square keep.

Duns Castle, Duns, Berwickshire is a historic house in Scotland.

The oldest part of the castle, the massive Norman Keep or Pele Tower, dates from 1320. Alexander Hay (killed at the battle of Waterloo) reputedly haunts the castle. So if you rent this castle, you might see him.

Burg Rabenstein, the smallest medieval castle in Saxony , is located in Chemnitz district of Germany.

Krak des Chevaliers is a Crusader castle in Syria.

The original castle was built in 1031 for the emir of Aleppo.[3] During the First Crusade in 1099 it was captured by Raymond IV of Toulouse. Since 2006, the castle of Krak des Chevaliers has been recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Chinchilla de Monte-Aragón, more commonly just Chinchilla, is a castle in the province of Albacete in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.

Its origin dates back to the Muslim period. Chinchilla was reconquered by the Infante Don Alfonso with the help of Calatrava in 1241. Today much of the original city walls still lie below the castle on the south side of the town.

Burg Rabenstein is a castle in the heart of Franconian Switzerland.

Qasr al-Heer al-Sharqi is located in the middle of the Syrian Desert.
