volunteer coordinator needed

we need someone to manage volunteerism.  right now we are stretched to the limit with the mundane of trying to get the infrastructure in, the marketing, entertainment/acting company, etc.

we really need volunteers on a regular basis for:
1) clearing youpon stumps, cutting limbs, etc on the grounds
2) painting
3) murals
4) distributing flyers--esp in san antonio, corpus, houston, victoria, killeen, temple, austin, bryan-college station, conroe, and waco.
5) design and construction of stage backdrops
6) sowing seed
and in early january, we will be laying all the pvc waterlines and we could use hands to help glue pipe together for several days.

any organizer type?

if we could find someone half as good as mike pullen and what he has done with the camp grounds, we'd be singing from on high for our good fortune.  he is nothing less than a blessing.
