cover dish menus for the pot luck on the evening of the 12th

asking folk to list what they plan to bring for the cover dish so we can see of any glaring needs...

(while the comment was made regarding "vegetarian-friendly", its not a requirement by any means.  just a few of us who are in management and our families are known vegetarians.)

so i will start:

cheese tray
hummus dip
chips

likewise, we of swff will provide:

beer (lonestar & shiner black on tap with salvator being tapped at the midnite friar tuck dedication)
soft drinks
and bottled water

by the way, our potluck will begin around 5pm, then we will wander over to the chapel for the sunsetting ceremony.

I can probably bring fried chicken, depending on how much pre-prep time I'm able to wring out Saturday morning before we leave.


eta: btw, approximately how many people are we looking at? How much chicken should I bring??

all pot lucks should be enough for as many people as are tagging along with you...then we just share...and thus, there should be plenty for everyone.
