Oops, I thought that was your shot glass Teach.
May your cup never be empty, and your tent always be upwind of the privy.

I had an asp around my neck too- and one in another spot. Several friends fondled my asp! You had to be there! LOL

For the ladies, I spotted this lovely man in his "High Plains Drifter" garb for All Hallows Eve.

Anyone heard from Melkar?

Thanks for asking!   I'm still here, but I've been getting hammered by work.
So I'm behind on my photo processing.

That said, TRF opening Sat is up at:

It was SO good to make it to faire yesterday!  That re-energized me to no end.  Thanks for the hugs and to those who listened to my rambling on about work.  It helped get it out of my system.

Also thanks to Vault for allowing me to play with his 100-400mm lens (I let him play with my 200mm f/2.8 prime in exchange).   Vision is best, but gear is good.  ;D

Yay!  I'm in the opening weekend set!  I love it.  Is it ok that I post it on Jingles' page, Melkar?

Hey Melkar,  it was good to see and visit with you on Saturday!

I decided to experiment and shoot RAW images with my Nikon D90 on Saturday, so now I'm having to convert from .nef to .jpg before uploading to the Internet.  At the current time, the program is about 1/3 of the way through the ~950 photos.  Once that's done I'll upload them to Flickr and Facebook, as usual.  It may be after I get home from work tonight, since I'm fairly sure it won't be finished before I have to head to work in 40 minutes.

Take Care,
David Baldock

I have my pictures up from Saturday, although I am sorry to say that I got mostly just my own group.  Next time, I intend to focus more on getting good shots of others.

Still - we had a fabulous time - couldn't have asked for better weather!
