Please be careful what you say about this story. Anyone dumb enough to get a political tattoo of any sort, AND to get it on his face, may not be sentient enough to not realize he cannot scrape it off, and not figure it out until he was halfway through his brain.

Not sure who was dumber...This guy, or the two kids who thought he was an easy target.....

Man Killed Teen Burglars, Kept Bodies in Basement, Cops Say

A Minnesota man shot and killed two teens who he said broke into his home and placed their bodies in his basement before waiting one day to report the deaths, authorities said.

On Nov. 23, deputies from the Morrison County Sheriff's Office responded to the \home of Byron David Smith, 64, after receiving a report of suspicious activity.

"Smith immediately told the deputies that he had shot and killed two people breaking into his home the day prior," the sheriff's office said in a news release.

The bodies of an 18-year-old female and a 17-year-old male were recovered from the basement of Smith's home.

Police have not released the names of the victims, whose bodies were taken to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office, however multiple sources told ABC News affiliate KSTP-TV they are cousins Haile Kifer and Nicholas Brady.

During the investigation and processing of the crime scene, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension discovered information that Smith went beyond the point of defending himself, according to the sheriff's office.

Sheriff Michel Wetzel said that "a person has every right to defend themselves and their homes, even employing deadly force if necessary," however in this case, authorities said they had reason to believe Smith may have crossed the line.

Additional details are expected to be released after Smith's initial court appearance on Monday.

Charges are pending with the county attorney's office. It was not clear whether Smith had hired an attorney.

I'm not sure if they are serious or not, but it's a definite change from the usual headlines I'm seeing right now...

Second, some really stupid people on a plane:

On the cheese thing, the article commented on fire extinguishing efforts being hindered by toxic fumes from the cheese.  Yikes!  I'm not sure I would want to eat something that makes toxic fumes when eaten, as tasty as that cheese sounds...

Human Trebuchet...

•   HUMAN TREBUCHET - MIDDLEMOOR WATER PARK
The trebuchet was the most advanced and powerful methods of throwing something a long distance before the invention of gunpowder, but not even the maddest, baddest, or most syphilitic medieval warlord ever thought of it as a fun way to get from point A to B.
Luckily for the suicidally bored residents of Somerset, England, the Middlemoor Water Park finally came up with the winning  combination of "lethally powerful siege engine" and "super-fun amusement park ride for all ages" by selling rides on Oxford's Dangerous Sports Club period-authentic trebuchet.

As it turns out, catapults aren't the most accurate or safety-conscious devices, and after an Oxford undergrad disastrously missed the safety net the police finally stepped in, arresting the two ride operators on the charges of "operating a medieval siege weapon without a license" and "being a crazy idiot."

I had to laugh--3 of the 9 "Most Dangerous Thrill Rides Ever Built" were in Action Park in Vernon, NJ, not far from where I live. "Traction Park" was forced to close in the 80s but people still talk about it to this day and just about everyone in Northern NJ has a story or two about something that happened there.  The place was like a perfect storm for disaster!
I came, I saw, I skipped to my lou.
