Oh, I had a Faerie for lunch, and she's been knocking about in there all afternoon...   

Kidding!!!  I do have an inner Faerie, and she escapes once in a while, but she's just so hard to stuff back in there... and she gets GLITTER all over everything!!! 

I'm thinking now that you have cut all of your hair off... you're going to be much more of a scattered Faerie than a neat-n-tidy Faerie.    Oh, I know!!!  Maybe you could make one side of the bag a lovely pattern, complete with the little Fae, and the other side a crazy patchwork!!!  Ta-da...  (I actually think that idea came from that Faerie I ate... errr, ummm... I mean, who lives in my head...)

that is actually a BRILLIANT idea...but... in reverse... the faerie is big enough that she'll take up most of one side, so I'll do color pinwheels on the OTHER side so you can see them, and maybe make SMALLER patchwork on her side... I have a feeling this bag will NOT be done in time for opening weekend, cause now I'm thinking about adding beading in leaf and flower designs, etc...

Hehe, you two are having so much fun here. Sorry for the intrusion LOL.

I see now why 1 larger bag is necessary. I don't really have anything to offer other than I'm trying to find my inner fairie. My inner pirate seems to be holding her at sword's length on the gangplank right now!

Lady K, best watch them sneaky lil' inner Faeries... they'll flit around your head so fast you'll get dizzy, and the next thing you know yer layin' on the gangplank an' some 'gator done snatched yer hand, and is swimmin' away lickin' 'is chops 'n grinnin'!!!     

If you manage to catch her, though... you might wanna make a big ol' bag to keep her in, like Belle (that's REALLY what the zippers are for...)!

Lady K- why not a faerie pirate!!!??? Ive done sketches for one before, I just dont have the garb made up yet. I mean, all faeries love glitter, right? and GOLD glitters a LOT!!!

her outfit can be ship-things (ropes, sails, striped stockings, etc) and the wings can be influenced by the sea- blues, green, gold. Accents in dubloons, gems, a faerie scimitar...

and youre not interrupting- youre JOINING!!!

OooOOOOooooo a fairie pirate?! Oh the possibilities! I will have to ponder.

My daughter and I are sitting here in our Faire hats and drinking from our Faire mugs and listening to Faire music. We are now pondering fairie pirates LOL!

EDIT: Horrid grammar and DD says "pin the bag to your side so it doesn't interfere with cleavage". It has some possibilities. We shall have to play around as I usually tote a bag around for booty myself, just not normally with wings and cleavage to contend with.
