Draped overskirt question

It *is* nearly All Hallow's Eve. Perhaps your magical cat has bewitched your camera into making everything Halloween Orange!!

She just may have bewitch the camera.

Sometimes she's a good fabric weight, useful when cutting out patterns, but last night she just wanted to grab and play with everything (my scissors, my chalk, the fabric itself...) so she ended up stuck in the bedroom until after I got everything cut out. Thankfully, she didn't feel the need to help with the actual sewing, and didn't decide to check that the thread was still running from the spool to the other parts of the machine like she sometimes does.

So, I promised everyone pictures of the finished skirts. I haven't forgotten, I just haven't gotten them off the camera yet. We're moving this weekend, and the camera got packed up before I had a chance to get the pics.

I should be able to share them early next week, though. Thanks for being paitent. I can tell you now, though, that I was able to get the exact effect I wanted.
