Currently, as I'm typing this message, there are 125 photos that I shot today at Comicpalooza uploading to my Flickr account.  It takes a while to transfer 650+ MB, even with the 3-5 Mbps upload speed that ATT UVerse provides.  I'll also upload them to a Facebook album, so people can be tagged.

Included in the photos are various people you will know from Texas Ren Fest and the RF Forums.

Enjoying the photos! Nice to see a lot of friends I don't normally see at sci-fi events, hope to see everyone at some of the other Houston area cons.

Wish I could have gone, but what with moving this month, getting the Big Green Traveling Machine (tm) tuned up (ouch!), the dog's shots & A-Kon in a couple of weeks --- well, CP was a big no-can-do this year.  Looks like a blast - enjoy!

Well, at least you've got A-kon coming up, Taffy!    Just the "Journey Through the Frills: A Lolita 101 Panel" looks to be worth the wait!!!  I am soooo going Loli to my next con... well, unless that turns out to be SoonerCon, next weekend, anyway.  The theme is Heroes & Villains, and I'm not sure I know of any of either who are Loli... and I don't have anything from GG put together, either.   



Oh, and not to go all... fangirl... but TIM POWERS is the GOH!!!

As an aside, the books just came in.... damn. Seeing them in PDF format and seeing "Pg. 493" near the end is one thing, holding a four pound, 2" thick game manual is another entirely
