Holiday Inn & Suites is sold out for friday night but rooms still available for sat and sun.... this hotel also has shuttle, and is next door to comfort inn... so if someone is staying at holiday inn everyone can catch a ride too...

Men wear your Clan shirts and Kilts, Ladies clan shirts and dress comfortable. If anyone loves antiques arrive earlier because almost all the shops are antique shops.  


SATURDAY AUGUST 20, 2011--
- meet and greet AT FAIRE , before gates open.
9:30 am outside main gates in the courtyard (near the ticket office) to watch opening ceremony's at cannon (10am).(subject to changes)

Gather near the Dias or Things from Rings booth for group photo (TBA noonish to 1 - waiting on Queen's schedule to be announced)
- Presentation of the Clan M'Crack to the Queen and for photo's

Gather at Draft Horse Pub 3:pm
- Gathering for pinning of new members, Chiefton's toasts, speeches, opening of the Clan Sutcliffe chapter
Draft Horse Pub is past the joust field which is located down at the bottom of a small grassy hill just past Things from Rings booth and the First Aid area.

The theme for the weekend is Buccaneer Fest and some events going on in the faire are:
Pig Roast - Tattoo contest - Pet Fest - Beer Tasting - Press a Wench - Perfect Pirate - Swab the Deck - Barbian Ball Eating Contest - and vow renewals

After faire with M' Cracks
7:30 pm'ish -- Come dressed in your faire garb or Clan shirt and kilt and join us for dinner and drinks at:

To get there from faire grounds turn right at the exit which is Dixie Hwy, the bar will be on the left side of the hwy. Its about 5 or less min from grounds. Its big, you cant miss it.

Well folks it looks like Mother Nature heard us ask for good weather and from the looks of things she is going to give us GREAT weekend weather!!

I'll keep an eye out but as we all know...... we can go through 3 season during one day..... lol
