I considered posting this in the MidWest area, but hopefully this will reach all of you guys in that area anyway.  (This is mostly crossposted from another forum so if you've already seen it, you've already read it!)

A family that is very dear to me is three months out from looking at foreclosure. They've been trying to sell this amazing house for a long time but for some reason everyone that sees it LOVES it and then they never hear from them again!

Some of you have probably already seen this posted on Facebook or the M'Crack Forums, but the situation is really so dire that I wanted to make sure I reach the most of you I possibly could. I'm hoping to network in any hope of finding someone that wants this house.

If any of you are interested or know someone that even MIGHT be interested in a house like this, please read on and feel free to contact me for any more information. I've been in this house several times and can tell a lot of things about the property, the area, etc.

The house is two stories and also has an attic access (but not a full attic as far as I know.) They have three wood burning fireplaces, a very spacious kitchen, dining room, den, and living room. This house honestly has everything, even a man cave in the basement (which also has a full bar). I'm really just getting started here, but you can find more information from that link.

The link I have up there doesn't do this place justice, honestly.

And just as a heads up.. I know the price is daunting. If it's too much and you're not sure, call about it anyway. I'm nearly certain they'll work with you on price.

Wow...is 80 acres correct? Hey, someone could start their own renn fest.
Well beyond my price range but looking at the pics, its a gorgeous place.

87 acres, yes.  It's wooded, lots of cedar, good areas cleared out, a creek (actually a river) and access to it (not deep enough for boating sorry) and a bluff near the house.

It's unfortunate that it's out of your price range, but please pass on the information if you would

6,400 square feet.   I wouldn't want to clean it!  80 acres ... how much of that has to be mowed?  And it is listed at nearly half a million dollars.  Are the owners rennies?

The owners are not rennies,  but they are too old to work and have already approached and gone past the "pawning things to pay for the house" stage.

I'm pretty confident that they'd entertain lower offers than what is posted.

Most of the land is wooded.   Where the house is is probably a good cleared out 4 acres or so and shaded.
