bartering for web design

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in bartering something of my services or products in exchange for webdesign services.
I can offer : custom jewelry piece, custom leather piece, jewelry making supplies, custom laser cutting/engraving,  baked goods .

I just didn't want to write too much in case it was out of line.

Heres the scoop.
I run two websites
One is for my day to day business. I do laser cutting and engraving for all kinds of uses and on all kinds of materials.

The second is my fantasy business website where I pitch my hand made products like leather pieces and jewelry and supplies for making your own. Like jewelry findings and stones, sewing trims etc.

I need someone that can set up the basic structure of the website with a nice design that is not based on freely found template (I can do that myself) and with no flash.
I basically need the following : Index page, Contact page (with a working contact form), an 'about me' page, a gallery page, a products index page (where I can list all the different product categories) and then a main product page (where all the specifics of a certain product are shown with pictures, dimensions, etc).
I would only really need one of each as I can populate the rest of the site as I need to (duplicate, edit, rename).
It would need to be relatively easy to edit.

I already have the URLs and they are already hosting basic webpages ive built myself.
I just don't like what Ive done so far and  I dont have the time or inclination to start all over and teach myself even more webdesign than I have already taught myself.

On my main every day business page I actually rather like the template, so if someone just wants to work with what is there and make all the changes I need to it, thats fine too.
Im looking for someone that can do one or the other or both.

I have plenty of skills for the programming part (if your host fully supports current MySQL [database] and PHP [programming language]), but I totally suck at graphic design, AND my time is somewhat limited. What are the URLs? (You can PM them to me if you're not ready for publicity  ) That might give me a better idea of what the scope is...
