Cherokee Strip Renfest This Weekend!

This Saturday marks the return of Renfests in Kansas.  Hopefully the heat won't be too bad.  Please drink lots of water the day before you go & the day you visit the faire.

This will be the 3rd Annual Renfest in Ark City.  Hip, hip, huzzah!

Today was my first trip to the Cherokee Strip Renfest.  I had heard many great stories about it the last 2 years.  It was obvious that they were true.  There's still a chance on Sunday to visit this fine Renfest.  Their collection of vendors and entertainers is hard to beat!  I'll post pix at www.meistersrealm.com very soon.

This fest will be back in 2012 under the name "Cowley County Renaissance Festival".  There's a group page for it in Facebook.
