Alter Years

Any one order from Alter Years lately?
I ordered some lacing points (aglets) from them back on August 4th and have not heard a thing.  They haven't sent me shipping info or even charged my card. 
So I've left 2 voice mails and sent a follow up email with my order number.   
Anyone?

Finally got in touch with them today!
There was a vacation and an emergency surgery and one other unexpected thing that cause the shop to be unattended for 2 weeks.  Sounds like life happened to them all at once.
They promised to have all the orders out by tomorrow!

You know what? Isn't it always that way? You try and try and try to get in touch with somebody, and then in frustration announce your inability to reach them IN PUBLIC, and like ten minutes later you finally hear back!  I am right there with ya, today (have been trying to get in touch with my publicist for weeks, and she finally called me back after I vented my annoyance to some friends in emails).

I thought they only did patterns...?

I wasn't too worried since they hadn't charged my card.  I was mostly looking to see if others had issues too.  If so, I would have gave up and ordered elsewhere this time.

They seem to have great pricing and great service... Up until this order. 
The lady on the phone was very apologetic and if she does mail them out tomorrow...  I'm sure this was just a one time thing, so they haven't lost my business.
 
They are more than just patterns.  I buy all my grommets, lacing ends (aglets) and lacing rings from them.

Hijack question - are aglets sized the same way grommets are? I think I have 00 grommets but haven't found aglets of a similar size. If this is a silly question, color me new

Well, heck, *I* kinda think that's a BRILLIANT question! Which never occurred to me before. And now I desperately want to know, too!
