Hello all!!!
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the "Museum Replica's" Dueling Pants?
I have a black and silver brocade dublet, and was looking for pants, I like the aforementioned pants, because of the style and the fact that they are shiny.
Herein lies my concern...
I was reading the reviews on the site, and one person said they fall just below the knee, now my boots are the standard type "Cavalier/Pirate/Renaissance" boots which fall 5-6" below the knee, does anyone know if that is gonna work?
I would hate to deal with sending them back and what not.
BTW...  I would much prefer to give that money to a fellow Rennie, if anyone knows anyone that could make something like that. ;D

As long as you have stockings that are covering the knee, it should look fine.   Second hand clothing was often known to not fit well to the individual - ad there was a HUGE market for second hand clothing in the 16th C.   Just say you got the boots from someone of smaller stature.
