Has anyone here gone to the King's Feast this season?  If so, what did you think?  Did you like the show?  It'd be nice to hear some feedback on it.

If you could get Brandi to stand with her mic a little bit closer to the speaker === FEEDBACK!!!   ;)   ;D

If the weather is nice for Celtic Christmas Weekend, I think my parent and I will be at TRF on Saturday, 24-NOV-12.  I'm going to ask them if they'd like to attend the Feast.  At what time(s) does it occur during the day?  Cost?  Where would we get tickets?

I have not done the feast this season (In fact I haven't been able to attend at all this season) but in the past we tried to do the feast at least once a year.  We have a lot of fun and leave stuffed and tipsy (o:

I did the feast last weekend. The show is good, but I miss the old shows. Up until last year there was always a running story line. Now it is more of a song and dance bawdy show. Mind I do like the show, I just miss the story.
The food is always good. I would skip dinner the night before and breakfast that morning. You will need as much room in your belly as you can spare.
The show times are 11am and 2pm (2 hours per feast). You can buy the tickets on line and have them in will call or you can buy them at the feast hall next to the Prince of Wales Pub the day of the feast.
The cost is $99.00 or $90.00 if you already have a ticket to the faire.
The cost is high but you get a lot. 6 course meal, all the ale & wine you can drink, and the feast tankard. The tankard is nice and big this year.

It's well worth the price and I second the recommendation to fast the night and morning before.  It really is a lot of food.

Thanks for the info!

I can imagine going to the Feast maybe once per season myself, but I doubt that I'll be able to convince my parents to go at that price.

Don't forget that the price includes admission to the faire.
