Looking For An Archery Rope Target
« on: September 30, 2013, 10:26:51 PM »
No, I don't want a rope to hang from something so I can see if I can slice it with my arrow.  Ha.  I'm looking for a target that has a coiled rope on the surface.  Does anyone know where I can buy one?

If you're looking for HA, I believe it would be done with coiled straw. You could make one, if you have the time. An idea at http://www.myarmoury.com/talk/viewtopic.php?t=26780

I was persuaded at a local archery shop to give up on my quest for a rope target.  The employees told me that they can damage the points on arrows.  They told me that dense foam targets for broadheads would be a better way to go.  I'll see if I find 1 under the Christmas tree next week.
