Hi All,
This year will be our first time camping at TRF and I cannot wait!!!!! We have friends coming from Louisiana with a camper and the rest of us (3 other couples) have tents. Do we head to the area for campers and all camp there? Or does everybody fit just fine in the general area?
Thanks!

Really it's all general camping, no one area for RV's or anything like that.
TRF campgrounds are huge, you will not have a problem camping together wherever you wish really.

As long as there isn't another "Rennado" you should be good just about anywhere... remember though, the closer you are to the bonfire the more you have to deal with "wanderers" coming through your camp.  Some are pretty cool... others, not so much.

Try and avoid wash and low areas if you get rain you could end up under water.

Thanks gentlemen! We will keep our fingers crossed for gorgeous weather next weekend and kind passers by!

"Huge" is an understatement.  The campgrounds are far bigger than the faire itself, which always makes me wonder why there are so many complaints about people intruding on other's sites.

We hope to get there Friday early enough to pitch tents before it gets dark, but it's good to know there is plenty of space. Sherwood is wonderful place to camp but on some weekends if you didn't get there early enough, you could be camping in a 4' sliver on the side of the gravel road!
