Simple circle skirt pattern?

Can I impose on you talented people to help the (non-sewing) me out?

I need to give a simple skirt pattern to a non-rennie friend to make a skirt from some curtains (its all part of a strange practical joke) - I thought I remember seeing a skirt generator before, but I have looked in the archives and don't see it.  Perhaps it was before the crash?

Do you want a circle skirt or just any skirt?  You can make a really simple one by just cutting off a strip for the waistband and pleating the rest of the material to the waistband.  Sew the side up to about 7" or so from the start of the waistband and you have a very simple, but very practical skirt...even if it is for a joke.
