Sir Martin

Great pictures everyone, and I've been to Moody Gardens too, Volans.  Very cool place to visit!

Ashley and I got new phones this week. Decided to shoot it while it was pristine and without scratches.  This model is a clamshell design, that opens up to reveal a larger screen and a texting keyboard.  I have it set up to retrieve my email, and it works flawlessly.  I have never liked a phone so much.  This one solves every issue I ever had with any phone I used previously.

It is the LG ENV2, lit with one background light, one sidelight and a reflector.

They actually come with quite a few 50 cal's. Just about one 50 cal for every member of the family!

We were privileged to be visited by the "Collings Foundation" this past weekend http://collingsfoundation.org/menu.htm and for about $425 per person you can hitch a ride on a vintage warbird of your choice.  Very cool!

OMG I LOVE the pic form MNRF!! I would love to see soemthing like that at my ren faire!! Beautiful shot! ;D

Will Gamwell

Thank you LuLu!  I am very pleased with that shot myself.

We actually went to the WIRenfaire as playtrons earlier this summer and people recognized her and asked why she didn't bring the wings.  Evidentally they are a bigger hit than she thought.

These guys to to Loveland, CO every year for the 4th of July. Toki and I went and took many photos of them as well as the B25 they had and the P-51C duel seater. Loveland also brings out many cars from the era and plays the 1940's hits. I'm sure they do that every where. What a treat it is to see these babies fly. I had a friend who catually got to pilot the B-17 as he had a friend who was best friends withthe pilot. It only cost him $300 that year. Inflation is making them more expensive to take a ride in, but it's tax deductable and worth it. Toki and I both would love to go up in one someday.

Cool pic lady D ;D

It's not mine, its Sir William Marcus's. Not that I don't have some of my own, as does Toki.

I've seen this plane with many different paint jobs on it. The 1st was The All American, then A Dragon and his Tail, and now Witchcraft.

The B17 has always been Nine-O-Nine. I have seen Sentimental Journey also which was the 1st 17 I ever got to tour.

Interesting enough my uncle may have flown the plane dubbed Nine-o-Nine. it was a slurry bomber for a time and he flew a B-17 doing that. As well as a PB-4Y Privateer which is the Navy's version of the B-24. Sadly he past away many years ago and many of his stories went with him.

The B-17 he flew actually caught fire on a trip from Texas to Arizona and he had to put it into a steep dive to try and put out the fires. He did say it was like pulling a rock out of a dive and got the fires out and pulled back up at 2000 feet. WOW that would be scary.
