I've seen  people who can smile while they make war...and drop bombs. Sadly that's contagious too.

As for me, I never lose my smile for long, but thanks for the reminder John. Think I'll copy that into my favorites.

I once attended some kind of something (I think it was similar to an est-thing, if anyone remembers est) where we needed to pick someone from the crowd and approach them to let them know in a non-verbal way that we were friendly.  I walked up to my person of interest and smiled.
