M'Crack Invasion of ORF 2009 - 23-25 October

TAILGATE Saturday mornin'! I'll be parked as close to the front as I can get (in the silver saturnia) and serving up the usual Mimosas and (new this year) coffee martinis. Yes, the drinks will be chilled and SO WILL THE WEATHER, so buck up and have a drink before going to the first Albannach show! Drums, drinks and drunks, people are gonna be ripping their clothes off and dancing like naked hippies....

Ah well...Also, folks it looks like I won't be able to make the meet'n'greet....too much prep work in the booth. Unfortunately!

I'll miss hanging out with you, but I will be sporting M'Crack colours as best I can. I do have to wear booth merchandise, but I'm going to try to piece together a M'Crack outfit from her stock!

8:30 AM  Tailgate - Look for the M'Crack Banners or the large crowd around one or two vehicles closest to the gate.  
9:30 AM  Pets and Sponsors meet with the Chieftains
10:00 AM  Opening Gate
12:00 Noon  Group Picture - Place to be decided
3:00 PM  Chieftains Toast at the Pub.- Official Announcement of New Chapters and Pinnings of Pets
8:00 PM  Dinner and Drinks gathering - Place to be Decided and announced at Chieftains Toast

Sunday - October 25th
9:00 AM  Tailgate
10:00 AM  Opening Gate
3:00 PM  Chieftains Toast at the Pub

And one of our favorite bands will also be at ORF this weekend, so we will try to do a Albannach Show at sometime on Saturday or Sunday in mass.

Lairde, because I am booth-bound, I will not be able to get to the morning meeting, but I have made arrangements to be at the toast at 3...but I make no guarantees for the group photo as I am unfortunately working. However, both Jezzy and myself will be attending the meet'n'greet on Friday!

MODIFICATION ON TIMELINE; We're a bit lax here at ORF and for those who haven't been to our faire before, our opening cannon doesn't happen until 10:30 and the parking lot will open at 9:00. Therefore, tailgate will start by 9:30.
