The other day, a young man standing at the copier stood there, repeatedly pushing the Print button without any result. He literally pushed it a dozen times before I was able to finish a task and then go to help him. I got to use the line about the definition of insanity being doing the same action but expecting a different result. He actually did smile, when he processed what I'd said.

It was truly one of the most satisfying moments I've had at work in a long time
