Them and those people who suddenly remember their life-or-death random food allergy when they see what the bride and groom have picked out for an entree.

Them: "I'm sorry, I'm allergic and can't have this"
Me: "Oh! Well what can you have and I'll talk to the Chef about preparing something different?"
Them: "A T-Bone steak, medium rare, baked potato with butter and sour cream and some steamed vegetables"
Me: *facepalm*
