Oh CRAP...  how can they tell you it's not strep, and then call 4 days later and say... "oops, actually it IS strep, sorry!"?!?  And how can they possibly think a little kid can take 3 giant horse pills every day for 2 weeks?!?!?!?  Stupid, thoughtless people!!!
