i fear for america's youth...really...where's the common sense...if we say it's going to be a long bike ride...we don't mean 30ft. Can't they invent a new video game system that forces them out the door and onto their bikes or something? really...taking a high intensity class doesn't mean after 10 mins. of canoeing, biking, or hiking it's time to be done.

Got to quit typing the the dark.  Thank goodness for backspace and spell check.
Took typing in high school and passes with the promise I never take it again.
