I'm more of a fan of the B-26. I guess I like the cleaner lines. I hear ya Sir William, when they run the independence day parades around here and the air show on Grosse Isle the usually bring in the B-17 Yankee Lady from the Ypsilanti Yankee Air Force Museum, sadly the museum that burnt down. But all the static outside displays are still there and they're still pretty cool and the used the air field as few years ago for a whole round up of B-17's from around the country and they did a WW2 reenactment, complete with a M-5 Light Tank and evryone garbed in proper uniforms it was a sight to behold. but, at any rate you can hear that thign rumblin in and I always run out to see it. I never get tired of that. And those F-5's are really amazing. I really like the F-104 though, "The Missle with a Man in It." as they once called it, probably my favorite. Clean line usually that shiny aluminium or experimental orange. Here are three of the diecast models I have of these models., the pics aren't mine though. Another great plane the X-15 Mach 6 top speed, unfortunately only rocket powered to reach that speed, also very clean.Corgi X-15 Space Reseach Craft (CS90153)
April 21st, 1961. The X-15A Space Research aircraft makes its first full power test flight and reaches 3,074 mph at 79,000 feet. It later set a speed record at Mach 6.72 and a height record at 354,200 feet

I like those especially the sheriff one. It's true only heavy firepower is gonna stop them, and unfortunately that's what the criminals carry so the police departments and citizenry shoudl be allowed to have them.
