The Colorado Rogues 2nd Annual Charity Poker Tournament

As per last year we will be raising money for The Children's Hospital. This is a time of year when they often get neglected and can really use the money.

The satellite games will be held:
Saturday February 28th @ 7pm (or whenever the room becomes available)
Saturday March 7th @ 12 pm AND 7 pm
Saturday March 14th @ 12 pm AND 7 pm
FINAL TABLE on Saturday March 28th @ 7pm (or whenever the room becomes available)

All games to be held at EZ Picken's
1950 S. Holly Street
Denver, CO
80222

There will be 5 simultaneous games during each session totaling 25 separate games. Each table will start with (hopefully) 10 players.

The Rules:
1) As stated above, each table will start with 10 players. Tables will combine
as players are knocked out until there is 1 table left. The last two people standing at that table will advance.
2) Entry is $20 as per last year, which starts each player at $5000 in chips.
Rebuys will be available up to the second blind raise each game and will cost $10 for $3000 in chips. If you have not taken your rebuy by the end of the second round, you can purchase the rebuy as an add on.
3) Entry fee is due on the day of the game(s) at latest. No pay, no play, and you will still be held accountable for the entry fee. (Please do not make me chase you down for money...I did it last year and it wasn't fun!)
3) Particpants may sign up for more than one game, up to as many as five games.
4) If you sign up for a game and do not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the date of the game you are still obligated to pay the entry fee. This will be counted as a donation to the charity.
**EXCEPTION - If you find a replacement player then you are no longer
liable, the entry fee becomes their responsibility. Just let me know
that you are sending a replacement.
5) Donations will be accepted during the games - just come down and give us your money!

I'd love to come, but I don't know anything about poker so I would probably slow everything down with all the time and help you would have to give to me.

Anyway, hope you have great success with your charitable endeavour!

See but your perfect for it.  bring all the monye your can lose ... I mean donate and learn how to play.

Or go to a bar first and put some money in the machines that play poker with the pretty women.  Sorry hamters aren't allowed to play due to nibbling and then marking the cards.  :)

Well, my wheel barrow has a flat and I can't decide whether or not to take one of the gold bars out to get it fixed. It just wouldn't be the same if I couldn't bring all that money, besides- I seem to have a difficult time keeping track of how much I have.

I'd go to the bars, but I think I'll just stay home and play poker with my sister.
