Yeah, all right, it predates the Renaissance by a fair whack of time, but here it is.  Doctor Zahi Hawass, Egypt's top archaeologist, says they are close to finding the final resting place of Cleopatra and Mark Antony.

Honestly, I think Dr. Hawass is on to something.  Of all the archaeologists out there, he's one of the most conservative and meticulous.  No wild claims out of this man.  I've followed his work for years, and he's earned my respect many times over.

 I am fascinated by Cleopatra! Funny I was just her, for TRF Roman weekend- see Paul42's pictures. I read a novel by Margaret George- Memoirs of Cleopatra that inspired my costume. Great book- over 900 pages! I hope they find her tomb.
