Can't afford a tree this year (and someone already got to the nice pine that was in our neighbor's yard) so we glued 393 hamsters together to form a tree.

Oh, is that what happened to all my hamsters?

(Hey, he's gunna sit by you- another one rides the bus...)

Zoe, you might want to do a hamster count- my sister has been making a ton of them but I hear the adoption agency has found homes for quite a few all over the place... and yes, the tree is in serious need of some habitrail style ornaments...

Remember (Hey) the good old days (Aren't) when you could open your kitchen cabinet (You?) and not have to worry about hamster mischief...  ho ho ho...

Yes, boys and girls, this is the time of year when the Christmas hamster brings cell phone cheer, er, returned can of beer... empty.

So remember- when you stick your empty recyclables in the back of someone's truck at the end of faire, that person might wait five months to return it to you, then drive far far away in glee...

I was gifted with 2 new hamsters earlier this week...and I just about squealed with delight when I saw the first one.  He's impossible cute.  Not that the other one isn't, but...holierthanthou can tell you, I almost asphyxiated with glee when he emerged from the bag of hamsters.  Hamsters Bring Happiness!

It is true!  She was exceptionally gleefull! Then again why shouldn't the one and only official Hamster Goddess not be? There also was the first official Heartening Hare gifted this year.  They are large bunnies to protect and defend (suggested by a stylish buccaneer that hangs out with Jack.).  Bunnies are very hard to train to be protective, too many distractions, but it can be done.

I'm surprised she didn't take a zombie hamster...

The curly coat one (I'll be PC about the name we bestowed on him) was just too cute to pass up.

I wrote a letter to Papa Yule asking for my very own hamster for Yule. I even sacrificed a small mammal to the Hamster Goddess just to be on the safe side. I also sang a few lines of a couple of Christmas Carols that I know. But, alas, there was no hamster under my tree, nor in my stocking. There wasn't any coal there, either. So, maybe I shouldn't complain. Still, I am sure that the Hamster Goddess heard my prayers for a hamster of my very own. Maybe more sacrifices are needed?
