Tanda

Rats are awesome! Get a girl rat. And they will sit on your shoulder, but usually under your hair. Rats were my first pet and I thought they were great!
o/` I'm a little teapot...o/` No, I'm not, that would be silly. ::)

Adriana Rose

Ferrets do that too. They are a very fun critter kinda like a living slinky

I agree with Tanda... a girl Rat.  I have had Scarlett (rescued lab rat/albino), Muncie (male brown rat - loved me, but men were jealous of his endowment) and Rose (black and white hooded - retired breeder).

All of them loved riding on my shoulder.  Muncie had great balance, but was not nearly as affectionate as Rose.  Scarlett was perpetually cautious but loving.  So miss those little buggers.  I have found my hamsters have a longer life span than my rats.

Last year I had a rat left over from an animal behavior class. He kept biting me and my professor said it was because the rat thought he was in charge and that I should show him who was dominate. Ha!
Are there any other hamsters named Hamlet? If not, then my faire buddy will no longer go nameless. I believe my hamster is musically inclined so I made him a pipe cleaner euphonium so he can join in during the music jams! He's been practicing all winter.

The Wild Rennie   -Re-versed by R.Schreiber

Well, I've been a wild rennie for many a'year
And I've spent all my money on costumes & cheer!
And now I'm returning as oft'times before,
And again, I will play the wild rennie once more!

And it's OH, YEA, FOREVER!
Forever and more!
Will I play the wild rennie,
Forever!
And More!

I went back to the alehouse I used to frequent,
They said "You're on cast, you can't drink so get bent."
Then from my pocket, I pulled my new pass,
I said "I run a booth now and I'll make some good cash."

And it's OH, YEA, FOREVER!
Forever and more!
Will I play the wild rennie,
Forever!
And More!

Went back to me parents, confesse'd what I've done,
They said, "when will you get a real job son?"
So I finished my laundry, and walked out the door,
I'm going back to play the wild rennie some more!

And it's OH, YEA, FOREVER!
Forever and more!
Will I play the wild rennie,
Forever!
And More!

Drat it, maybe when we come for Rendevous next year I will have to adopt one for my friend Gemma.  She is looking for a new friends, but she lives in the far away land of New Zealand.  See if we can't spread their influence over there.  ;D
