Fabled might not be quite the right word... more like mythical... since I've actually never even BEEN to the main bonfire.      Not really a place I want to take Scally... and since I never wander very far from camp while she's sleeping, I just haven't made it down there.  Besides, my days of dancing naked in front of a crowd are... well, non-existent.   


Not to say I never dance naked around a fire under the full moon... I just don't do it in front of 50 drunks all trying to play different rhythms on drums they can barely play sober!  I prefer to choose my moondance partners a bit more... selectively... than the main fire allows for.

You china cabinet looks similar to one I've got. Does yours have three curved glass panels?

Mine does, and there's a Patent Number 978,305 notice on the inside of the door.  It was patented in 1910.

And what a wonderful smile it is, also!  I know I've been happy to see it coming toward me each time we've met!  Hoping to see you again this season!  

As for the Efrit... it IS a Persian Djinn, although personally I regard the Efrit as being a more "chaotic neutral" fire elemental (sometimes referred to as a demon, however), without real evil intent, just a bit... playful, and high-spirited, at times.    heheh  But sorry... no, there will be no bikini.  I don't DO bikinis...  (I did, however, see an amazing dark red leather underbust corset at Con this weekend that I'm rather lusting after...)
