why isnt the chat working for me?

is anyone using the live chat? last year i used it a lot, but now it wont let me log in....anyone else having trouble?

I haven't figured out how to make it work either.. I sure hope someone helps us out though.. it would be nice to chat with people in real time again.

Are you logging into the link from the forums or from the renaissancefestival main page?  You have to log into the main page, not the forums page and then a new option will appear to enter the chatrooms.  Go to www.renaissancefestival.com and log in on that page.
