RAAAAAGH! Barbarian Weekend (21-22 Nov) Roll-Call

Well, this weekend is my get-the-hell-out-of-the-forge weekend. I am going to barbarian-up, ditch my Baldwin Performer Tracking Device (a.k.a. the TRF performer pin), and get out and run around. I won't be as pretty as O'Riley was on AHE, but I do a decent fantasy-Gaul Since my legs had me pretty much chair-bound last weekend, I am taking it REAL easy this week, so I should be up for pub meet-n-greet and the like. So, who all else will be there?

My sis and I will be completely tricked out in our barbarian gear!!!  I even have a new head peice in white leather and a cool set of claws too!!  We look forward to this weekend sometimes more than any other!!  It's the only weekend the whole year we wear these outfits and get all GRRRRRR on people... it's fun to freak people out, bump chests with other barbarians, and generally be rowdy!!

I'm kind of mad.  It was too hot for my Little Bo Peep outift last week, and it looks like it's going to be too cold for my Barbarian outfit this week.  Oh, well.  I'll wear it anyway

I'm going to actually make it this weekend. I was getting worried I would miss the whole thing this year . Now I am only worried about freezing at night. And the thought of a shower in the early morn cold don't sound too good either.

Where's a good camp location for newbies? We want to be around some drumming and fire but can do without the nekkid dancing.

I am loading up the jeep tomorrow and we will be heading out friday evening when my fiance' gets off work. Which means we get to set up camp in the dark. Hopefully not in rain as I heard it is suppose to rain friday.

There's a group of RFers that make up McLotofus, they're always welcoming of new members. They should be somewhere between 6 and 8. I'll be out and about this weekend, but you'll most likely see me hauling a djembe through the campsite with a line of gypsies in tow. One will have an accordion, another will have a weapon and a bad attitude.... (Boatcallie, I'm looking in your general direction...)

My cousin and I will be up camping the whole weekend.  She and I will be seeing out very first TRF wedding Saturday and then Sunday we'll be wandering around taking some pictures for a project she is working on.
