Don't you think this would make the mostFANTASTICfairy wings?

How marvelous!!!  Too bad our faire is during daylight hours, only.  It would be such a waste to have beautifully lit wings in the bright sun.

Also, I didn't see any just plain yardage.  A tablecloth could probably be used but I don't know how the fibers react to being cut.  It does open the door to some amazing possiblities, though!
Nothing clever to say here.  Not enough caffine yet.

It doesn't look like it glows in light, but wow!  I'd love to have a sissy bar bag made of this for my scooter.  For us non-fae, a chemise would be gorgeous.
Sveethot!

I'm exploring the yardage issue with the London agents...

Apparently it's rather more like silk organza in texture than a soft, drapy fabric, so I'm not sure if it would be suitable for a chemise...

Maybe not for faire but if you were costuming for a play...perhaps Midsummer's Night Dream? That would be lovely!

How about for the ghosts of Christmas in A Christmas Carol?

Neat stuff!

Ghosts...  Hamlet or Macbeth, for me!   ;D

Syrilla

I have looked into that wonderful fabric.  It is very expensive.  Esp. for theatrical use.  One day... one day!

Wow, that's very cool stuff! At the end of Sept, it gets dark earlier, then we could have gorgeous wings, Marietta! Or even on those cloudy days, maybe.

And what about your lovely wreath?  Just imagine if you could light it up like a halo?

Or a ruff like this one...

Oops, your pic didn't work for me. Ruffs would be gorgeous though, well, it looks great in my mind...
