2009 dates and weekends?

Okay, I already have people asking me when TRF starts and what weekends are what in 2009... anyone know?

Well, If you start with Thanksgiving weekend and count back, it should start on October 10-11.  Have not heard anything specific about the themed weekends, I assume All Hallows would be on Oct. 31st though.

Ok guys!!!

TRF's official opening weekend is October 10th and 11th.
Second weekend will be 1001 Dreams, and third will be Pirate Adventure.

All Hallows Eve weekend will fall on the 4th weekend- which is Sat Oct 31 and Sun Nov 1.  I haven't really concerned myself with the rest, but I have a feeling it will go Roman Bacchanal, Barbarian Weekend, Highland Fling, then Celtic Christmas where we will be hosting the 3rd Annual McLotofus Thanksgiving Feast at Row 8.

Check to the TRF threads sometime in July- I'll be getting the McLotofus camp threads started about then.

i bet the highland fling will be before barbarian weekend.  that's how it was this past year.

Time to put in the vacation schedule at work. Opening, All Hallows, Highland Fling, closing. If I could leave the travel trailer up there, I'd do every weekend (yeh I have that much vacation time available. With 20 years at my company, I could take 2 months vacation each year).

I wish I could set up my tent and leave it, then I could just drive down every weekend that would be nice, as long as some jerk didn't steal it. To bad the days of not having to be troubled about someone stealing you blind are gone.

I like that All Hallows Eve got moved back a weekend...makes perfect for me to be there Opening, All Hallows, and Closing.

All Hallows is now actually on Halloween weekend this season?!?

I'll still be there... but I may have to bring the renlet. Not sure if I could get away with leaving her with grandma for that particular holiday!

One of my clients has their annual meeting in San Antonio every year around Oct. 24th - so this year instead of missing All Hallow's weekend, I'll be missing Pirate weekend! Aarrgghh!!

Well, maybe. We'll get the meeting schedule in May (usually), and if they have the meeting on Friday afternoon & Saturday morning then I may be able to slip out early and hop on over to faire. Yeah. I can make it work! Will, meet Way (and a pair of crossed fingers!).
