Count, it was on Saturday around 2 or 3 that we first saw him wondering about, and he stayed till closing.

Ah, this explains it, thank you good sir for the explanation!
I was in the special events area for much of Saturday and only ventured forth a few times... taking advantage of the seat offered me by Lady Phoenix to lessen the strain upon my leg.

Thanks to both of you for at least capturing him on film... the costume looks awesome and I wish I had gotten to see him myself!
