Someone was telling me they had a cherry chocolate rum but they didn't mention the brand. The guy at the liquor store today told me he hadn't heard of it, but that Seagram's was really getting into the wild flavors so maybe it was them.
This sounds interesting enough to tempt me since I already like pineapple rum.
Anyone seen this?

this year, I'm hoping to import a bottle of my new favourite tipple, discovered at Edinburgh Castle:

Bruadar: it's highland single malt blended with honey and sloes... OH is it ever to die for! I'll probably do 3 to 1 Bruadar plus vodka, or maybe just Glenfiddich 15, since the Bruadar on it's own is a little lightweight...

Hmmmm

It's a blend of German honey and my own homebrewed whiskey.

As much as I hate to ask..what exactly is Loki? I've never heard of it or had it. Do you make it, buy it? *hides from cabbages that will surely be flung her way*

As far as i can tell, you start with Everclear and mix fruit flavors.... things go down hill after that.

This last Highland games, I carried Macallan 12 in my flask, but there were two scotch tastings I attended; so, most of my water of life was for others.

Straight, or inside of strawberries with whipped cream on top, mmmmm . . .

The second drink is better than the first, just remember.  The first hurts.

Last night, I was awake when Steve came home from work.

He came in carrying a big heavy box.  He put it on the table and said, "This is for you, darlin'."

And opened it to show me the case of Chaucer's Mead he ordered especially for me.

After 30 years, he's still a keeper!

Ooo!  Sounds delish!  I'll have to look for you and your mate to trade flasks.
