My dearest Bonnie, you are in my thoughts this day and every other.  I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved, though also grateful that you had so many wonderfully joyous years and memories you shared with your Lord A.  I will be keeping the two of you in mind today as I go through my routine, and will toast the two of you at the appropriate hour, and with, I hope, the appropriate beverage, if I can find it.

Though today will be melancholy for you, my dear, I hope it will also bring you many smiles as you recall the life you two have shared, and the sweetness of the love created between you, that lingers about you, still...

May your pain be more diminished by your joys each day...

 Thank you Rani Z. I had a nice evening with renn fairmily. We remembered Lord A.
I was pampered a bit. That was wonderful! I love my friends!
Now back to the grind again today. The A/c guy was here and we thought the problem was fixed- but it was 84 upstairs again last PM. A/C is blowing hot air. Not fixed. I have another call in. Waiting for my room to be listed and the pool guy to come. ARRGGH! Another day of being hot tired and worried and waiting for people to fix things!
Trying to stay calm. OHHHMMMM!

AWWW sorry that all is going haywire! Glad you had some fun with the ren hoard. Lord A is always with you... even in this hour of hot and miserable! Did they check the outside coils? The ones in the Attic... if they are dirty it can cause some of that! Downside to having had a dad in the A/C heating business is I know when all is lost! sounds like you may have a freon leak if not dirty coils... or a bad dryer! The magic of A/C is that when it works it is great and when it doesn't it really is a PAIN! I hope they get it working for very little dough! Wave your magic wand over the unit and ask it to work!

The A/C problem was a loose wire and a bad contact switch. All is working and I am cool and comfortable again.
My good pool guy cleaned my pool yesterday afternoon so that is clean and working.
I cleaned my pond this AM and watered.
Now all will be well if I can get a good renter!* Waves wand hopefully!*
I am worn out by all I have been through. It is finally catching up with me. I may sleep for a week! LOL!
Royal Siamese are out in the heat. They hate the A/C! Crazy cats!

I only just read all that you've been going through as I haven't been on much lately.  I'm very sorry for all the headaches and heartaches you've been suffering.  Hopefully things will be looking up soon.  Hopefully you'll find a good renter, and perhaps make a new friend at the same time!  Good luck!

AHHHH! Good news! That was a nice easy fix! Now I am hoping for your mysterious house guest(IE Renter) to show themselves by tomorrow waving fistfuls of golden coin of the realm! Perhaps it will be a nice lady who loves to garden and clean ponds? Well back to my hole to cut leather!

 Busy and a bit sad time here. I had to call Animal control to come and get Sabu. She was impossible to deal with and attacking me and the other cats. It was a difficult decision for me to make. It took the officer a half an hour to get her. He knew what I was going through when he finally got her. She has always been difficult.
I think the rest of the Royal Felines will be happier. Down to 4 now.
No magical renter- yet- but I have hope someone will appear soon. They have to. Times are hard all around.
I have stuff listed on E-bay and craigslist. Sad to not have the ARRG here in July- but maybe  next year will be better and I can host the party here again!
I did go to see Marc Gunn at the Saxon pub in Austin Sunday. Free concert! A good friend picked me up. I cooked her supper! It was nice to get away from it all for a bit.
Waiting for another repairman this afternoon. The new ice maker is leaking down the side of my freezer. Always something. ****Waving magick want so things get better here soon! POOF!<<<<<!****

 Thanks Robin! The ice maker is fixed! It cost a service charge. Ouch!
I drink a lot of ice water.
Now hoping I get a good renter. Not getting much response to my ads on craigslist. I am worried.

Have you considered posting adds on Backpage as well?  I usually get better response on backpage than I do craigslist.

 What is backpage?  I guess like craigslist? I will see if I can find it. I will try anything!
I have my listing posted at the church, library, post office, chamber of Commerce, city Hall and Edward Jones!  I had someone look today- but don't know if they will rent yet. They have to go through my realtor. It is a police dispatcher! I guess she would be safe!
Waving my magick want won't hurt though! *** Come perfect renter!!! POOF!!!<<<<<****!!!

There is another one called OLX, but I usually have problems getting messages from that one.  So I dont usually suggest it.  Glad to hear you made it to backpage.  Like I said, I have more success with them than I do on craigslist.
