Tankards. Love 'em. Got three of them from Scarborough. I've seen some gorgeous ones though that I know didn't come from Scarborough. So is there a tankard shop at TRF that will entrap me and...uum where it be?

There's a shop that sells treen mugs by the Sea Devil Pub and another that sells ceramic ones that I could walk to in my sleep but couldn't tell you where it is.  Not to worry - you'll find something beverage worthy at TRF.

Dragon's Quest, right by the entrance.

Have Dakota autograph it.

Herc,
I ordered a Ulfric and it is awsome!  If you want to know how to get in contact just let me know.

I agree with Daniel. Get a custom one from Ulfric. You won't be disappointed.

Knarly  Knot! They are amazing at what they do!

*I am biased since they are friends, but I stand by their work and so do they one hundred percent!*

For wooden tankards Knarly Knot hands down. I love mine and they have other wooden items. Pipes, forks, bowls and I can't wait for the shot woods (wooden shot glasses) this year!
Don't forget to smell the roses, but watch out for the thorns!

Wondrous Works in Wood has had two booths at TRF in the past.

The Knarly Knot has a new booth (#312) at TRF this year.

Not sure about Ceramic or Pewter mugs.

Wonderous Works in Wood is where I've gotten my current three mugs. They do good work.

Metal w/ a skin, leather, ceramic and wood mugs...jeez I'm getting horny thinking about the possibilities.  :o

My collection from Wondrous Works in Wood, from the mid-90's until around 2001, is:

Seven different Mugs with Leather Covers
One Soup Bowl (the short version of their 64 oz. mug, w/handle)
Three Cups (without handles)
Two different sized Drums (with Goat Skin Heads)

Since I work with one of Joe's (Knarly Knot) brothers here in Houston, I'm looking forward to meeting Joe and Courtney, and buying a Tankard, Mug, or Flask from them this year at TRF.

Lady Ellie

We, Milord and myself both have tankards from The  Knarly Knot. We got them for our wedding last year ( at Four Winds) . Milord's sprung a leak and we caught up with them at TRF. He explained what happened and they made it good. We have had many ask where we got them and we always steer them to Knarly Knot. Milord would not attend a faire without his.

Sir Martin

I'm definitely a tankard addict also.  I'll dig up a few pics from some of the places you guys have been talking about.  There are a lot of styles available at TRF.
