When I was driving through New Zealand a couple of years ago I got pulled over by an officer.  I was really panicking because I'd gotten my first & only speeding ticket earlier in the week trying to get out of the airport area to drive 3 hours to our farm stay.  So I put on my best southern accent (not hard after almost 20 years in south Texas) and inquired if there was a problem.  Not at all, some sheep had escaped their paddock and they were all over the highway (two lanes) and were being rounded up.  Pretty cool driving there - mountains & obviously sheep on one side of the road, beach & sea lions on the other.  We had to make several photo stops.
