Stronghold Oct 3rd & 4th

I know there is a thread for Stronghold in the "Smaller Midwestern Faires" area, but since there are so many Bristol people who either visit or perform or sell at Stronghold, I posted in the Bristol thread to remind everyone about this great little faire.

I will be there on Saturday with the wenches, and then on Sunday with Lord Stephen and the Lord and Lady McQueen.  It's a small faire, but if you see me and I don't see you, come over and say hi and meet the others I'll be with.

Saturday Oct 3rd & Sunday, Oct 4th from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
One day entrance:  $8 adults, $4 children 5 to 12, under 5 free or a two day pass $12 adults, $6 children 5 to 12

Location:  Oregon, Illinois at the Stronghold Conference Center (with a great castle!)

Sarah, Maxine, and Shanon can't go on Saturday.  I think I'll wait until Sunday and go with Steve, so I'll pass on Saturday.

Renee is a wuss about cold weather.

And I just found out there is a drum circle happening in Galena today at 1 p.m. so I think I'll head there.
