Let The Countdown Begin!

Got everything except the firewood will pick that up after work this afternoon,  Plan is to leave 8-9 in the morning to get in around oneish.  Also hoping for a break to step up camp in.  Look for my bear banner and stop by for drink.  Will have orange and strawberry loki and of course Scotch and beer.

4 hours till I get out of work...

I'm counting that as the start of faire for me even though we wont get there till Saturday- cause thats the start of the last minute shopping, washing and packing!!!

I've seen him...and man, is he UGLY! I am back....eth...Kinda. Wirless internet card, bandwidth limit...me and netflix got carried away one night and I have been without nets for a bit. But, I am back at the turn of the tide, as Gandalf the White once said...the eve of Opening Weekend....I hope you bunch of welps have fun and remember stories to share. I will be back intermittently until Oct. 15, which is when my broadband cycle resets...Just in time for the NEXT faire weekend...and then...well not sure. Outside of the countdown do I have a purpose on here? *squeak* What can I usurp next?

Planning my annual last-minute pre-faire late-night trip tonight after I've finally gotten everything together and figure out what exactly I'm missing tonight. Eye doctor's appt. tomorrow to get new contacts cause mine tore *shakes fist* and I don't want to be a faerie with glasses because they will hide the pretty eye make-up I wanna do. I get paid at midnight, so I will actually be able to afford food at the festival. (I'm joking... food is always almost in my budget... unless I really want some garb... ) And... I'M OFFICIALY 21 SO I CAN NOW BUY MEAD AND RUM!!! OF MY VERY VERY OWN!! I get off work at seven PM tomorrow, and then I'm heading straight to Plantersville. I should be getting to camp around nine, so looks like I'll be setting up by the lights of my friend's car.

On a kind of unrelated note, I work at a doggie daycare. I was just typing up the list of dogs that are coming tomorrow, realised (once again) that it's Friday tomorrow, and let out a very excited squeal. FAIRE IS LESS THAN FORTY-EIGHT HOURS AWAY, PEOPLE!!!!

I'm not actually upset~ Haha I have much more time to make sure I have everything... I do not want to repeat an incident last year where I forgot the lace to lace up my corset... XD

I swear by mucinex and zicam.  Take both per the directions as early as the scratchy throat phase and your cold will be reduced or possibly avoided all together.
