Here are the gents who provide the rhythm for the show at Chainmaille Fashions.

An adorable little fae watches her grandfather (one of the Bilge Pumps) perform at the pub sing.

Hey guys, we need to schedule the RF picture!!!

Saturday after parade??? At the POW???

I remember in past seasons there has been such a crowd that it is difficult to get us all into the shot.  Does anyone have a wide angle lens (and maybe a powerful flash if fill flash is needed)?

Not I! Not sure who does...  ???

That area is going to be reaaaaaaaaalllllyyyyyyyy hard to fit everyone into for the photo on top of dealing with passerbyers walking through the lane. But, if we have to, we will make it happen. If needed, we'll probably just compact everyone in and have someone stand up on the stairs of the POW for the shot. Maybe we can wrangle the Stalkwells to do it? Or valt or Melkar maybe?? I would volunteer but I messed up the one group photo shots I took last season when we didn't have any other photographers.
Still Meggers, just a little more grown up now. :)

Sir Martin

A shot from the stairs at POW sounds like a good idea.  The sun should be facing the subjects so maybe they wouldn't need a powerful fill flash?  If we can get everyone ready, we should be able to get the crowd to stop passing for a few seconds to get a shot.  I've PMed the photogs you mentioned and hope at least one of them can make it.

If we're tucked in tight enough against the tables then we wont have to worry about working with the lane traffic. We'll figure it out more when the cats get herded in on Saturday. :)

If anything we can take a couple shots from a tripod and I can make a panoramic with Photoshop. Though I'm sure there's alot of yall that could do it.

And Noonish is a good time to take panoramic shots cause of the sun being high and no shadows.

We'll have to see how deep it makes the shot.  We can fill fairly well even in full sunlight if the herd isn't stacked 4 or 5 deep.
That may mean we scout for another (close) location that isn't dappled.

BTW, we will be there  ;D

Hope for clouds!!!

Stalk well...
Enthralled with the Faeriebox...
