I have been reading these forums a lot, and I attend quite regularly

Im wondering, what is the best food to get while enjoying the mountain-ish air?
I want some heated debates
They shall decide where I eat the next time I go, which is hopefully soon

It all depends on your likes and your typical diet.

Personally Toki and I both love the Baron of Beef. It is a sort of Philly sandwich minus the cheese. OH they need cheese. The fries are good.

Personally I do not like the Turkey Legs. I got sick on them one year from food poisoning and that did me in on them.

Steak and sausage on a stick is good and fried corn depending on the corn they use.

My little boys loved the Pizza

But of course Ginger will tell you REAL MEN east fish. I however disagree Real Men eat beef, pork, and chicken... or venison but there isn't any at fair.

SO If you ask me or Toki... BARON of BEEF!

In the AM: A HOT Scotch Egg, or any type of fruit or Feta Crossant at Friar Tucks
At Noon: HOT Thai Green Beans w/peanut sauce.
about 2PM: HOT HOT Teriaki Chicken w/o the arm hair o' Demetrius!
At 3 of the hour: HOT Steak on a Stake (or as Demetrius has coined it my fav line "Elephant Scab") yea, verily just scratched from an elephants wound almostd healed medium bloody runny HOT Elephant Scab! YUMM!
and at 3:05: Put the said  HOT Elephant Scab upon a Heated CheeseBread for a HOT an HEATED Elephant Scab Cheese Bread Sammich..... Thanks Jess!
Anytime of Day: Wash these things down with a Paulaner Hefewiesen Wheat Beer! Ahhh-RGH!

and cause wheat beer is for some reason oh so much better.

And I did get yelled at on Sunday for not ordering fish. I dont know who was yelling, I was far away. Called me a sissy and everything

Raspberry wheat beer is even better ... but sadly I haven't seen that at the faire!

You know what's funny actually, I've been working and attending this faire for almost 7 years now and I have NEVER had steak on a stake.  Yikes. 

My personal favorite is the pizza, and after that the BBQ pork sandwich.  YUM.  Also the raspberry/cream cheese croissants and a frozen mocha in the morning is an excellent way to start the day.

You all missed the bestest best food of all. It's a complete meal in a handy dandy carrying case and no bloody sticks! Beef Stew in a bread bowl. You get carbs, meat, more carbs, a few veggies, salt, more carbs and it's delightful (and cheap!).

Also, PICKLE! Although I was disappointed in my pickle this weekend. So disappointed, I only had one instead of my usual 6.

The chances are pretty high it was me, actually am really sure it was me if you were wearing a kilt, because I was going to yell something about needing to prove that it was a kilt and not a skirt, but Elyse told me not to because last year.... we got flashed by a kilted man
