LOL.... you laugh but I actually did that. I just bought a HD Canon camcorder...it's very small...fits nicely in my "spell & potion bag". I think I'll wait to get a flask at the faire... I'll also be purchasing a new mug. I think I'll be going with a wooden mug unless a really nice pewter one sticks out. I want to take lots of video this year because when I start jonesing for faire...it's nice to have something to watch.

A farie dress I ordered for my youngest came today....also the elf ears for her came also. I love getting packages!

Dude...I seriously had plans to make it last year but I could not pass on that job. I feel pretty certain i can swing it this year.

I've ordered so much garb in the last 3 months it almost embarrassing... but it will all get worn, either by me, my renlet or by someone who has a last minute "garb emergency", so I can at least justify it (in my own mind, anyway...).  :D

Believe me, i understand, Rani... it's like Christmas when the UPS man shows up at my door.  That new blade i was telling you about just feels right and should go with my new garb nicely.

Sounds quite fetchin' there, Fraser...  Can hardly wait ta' be gettin' a peek at yer' bonnie knees again, lad!  Or yer' shiny new sword, for that matter...  ;)  :D

I've got couple of 15 yard and a twenty yard gypsy skirt that are all just beggin' to be twirled... and I might have to call a "garb rehersal" day, just so I get to wear some of it for a few hours!  Just wish I had somewhere to wear it far more often... (sigh) 

I suppose I could always just wander about the house in me chemise...

Cowgrrl & I are planning on being there at least one of the days, probably Sat.  We'll for sure have our 2 renlets  ;)

I may have drummer duty...I'm going to be going for the big stage this year (playing doumbek for the Wings of Isis & Star Dancers on Ivanhoe!)
