Actually, that is a Transformer.  It's a Decepticon, and his name is Ravage.  His original form that he transformed into was a cassette tape.  I ordered one some time ago, but haven't received it yet...

Does it actually work? If so I know alot of people who would sell their children for one. Well, maybe not their children, but at least a cherished pet. Where did you order it from?
