I still can remember the look on Mouse's face when he met me last year... Rapier taps him on the shoulder and says... " Mouse, you know Fraser here... "  Mouse turned around and looked up... up and up and said something to the effect of " Oh SH*T, you're a big one!"   :D  Being 6'4" can be intimidating to the Wee Folk...   :D

you don't intimidate me!!   :D  *just gives me optimum shin kicking clearance*  ;D

Well, you are an exception, Bonbon... you have practice kicking MacKee.  He's the same height.  :P

You're not intimidating...though in nature animals tend to stray away from other animals that just 'aren't right', i.e. rabies or just plain crazy...I've seen it before. I figured you to be tall, but a throwback from a Beanstalk re-telling, that was a surprise to me. Just be warned, if you know your literature, I am handy with an axe...

Awwwwwww! 5'2?

*pats Mouse on the head*

Of course you can have a hug......oops! You have to be this tall to ride this ride.....*holds hand up to indicate 5'4 1/2*

yeah, I'll never forget that. I think you nailed the quote too. When he first ran into me, he started trying to talk his way into the McLot camp. My first thought was "crap, another high school kid trying to get to the alcohol." when all he had to do was tell me who he was.

I was throwing out people's names left and right and your disposition and mannerisms made me somewhat nervous that I forgot to throw out my own....go figure. I may be outgoing, but I am completely socially inept when it comes to meeting new people. My group of friends consist of my HS friends and their cling-ons since HS..never really had to start carte blanche with a new batch of people. Like most meeses, I am jittery but once you get my trust...well, I am sure you are all regretting it by now.

Not a bit. I think you fit right in. Don't forget that that was AHE. AHE is when the stupid and the amateurs all get together and have a group brain dump, and then run around trying to disrupt the rest of us. So when you walked into me, I wasn't expecting to be meeting a friend.

Yes..my impish boyish good look tend to discredit me upon meetings, but glad it turned out the way it has...and that I wasn't around much that Saturday...I fear Fraser would of instigated a rousing game of midget tossing...and I didn't want to have to brain the poor fellow with his own cane..That is not a good first impression.

Yeah, you're probably right about the midget tossing. Fraser and Filthy are juswt the pair to start a game. However, I do think you would have a bit of difficulty reaching his head, even with a cane. No slam there, just an observation.

My first thought upon meeting you was not intimidation, merely thanksgiving....there really is a man you I can look up to....*sigh* I've been asked tooooooo often if the boys I've dated where my younger brothers.....they get huffy at that *shrugs*

Can't reach your head?! Ever heard of a Kangaroo Mouse? And Draconnia, I've had someone ask a girl I was dating that once..seems in my past I attracted tall girls??? and I don't know why. Never made me huffy. A tall girl dating a short guy is the Universes way of letting the world know 'Obviously she knows something we don't...why else would she." Short men...the world's best kept secret. Now..excuse me while I venture back to my sidhe to hear myself talk. There was a psych book my fiancé's mom had that stated, and I paraphrase "The Irish, namely Irish men, love to hear themselves talk." Pair that with my German lineage and well...ego abound.

And I'm a Mouse, not a Naked Mole Rat....though with enough enticing ...*leers at room*
