Found a BBC News article about the crazy road names competition.

"Psycho Path" is a private road in Traverse City, Michigan.

I guess if you build the road you get to name it whatever you like, huh?  Still... the ones that I didn't post had names that were more suited to John's Inn than Mundane Topics!    I just have to wonder who chose those names...
