Sleeping is neccesary for good health. A lot of people like to say you can sleep when your dead. But if you don't get enough rest in the meantime you'll be dead sooner than you should have been. Just ask the highway patrol about truckers who try to drive while drowsy.

Drowsy driving is just as bad as drunk driving.

Driving while distracted (like talking on a cellphone, or worse, TEXTING) can be added to that list.

Change is sometimes good, especially if its just a change of scenery.

Scenery changes during a production must be made quickly and quietly.
